Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation or successful COD order placement.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • We will notify you in case of any unexpected delays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • After dispatch, orders typically take 6–7 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

  • There are no hidden fees—the price you see is the final price.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option:

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • No additional charges apply for COD orders.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the package at the time of delivery.

  • Orders placed with COD must be confirmed via phone or email before processing.

Note: Frequent refusals or fake COD orders may result in suspension of COD services for that customer.

We work with leading courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to re-ship the product (additional shipping charges may apply).


Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can monitor the shipment status directly through the courier’s website.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with order details and supporting photos.

  • We will promptly investigate and ensure you receive either a replacement or a full refund.
